We liked this hotel and its beautiful location and rooms.

The place was fairly clean with very good staff and location. I loved that the room was non-smoking with great view.

I stayed here 3 nights and I appreciated it. I asked for queen room with a fireworks view as well as a long bed, had a great stay. The hotel of choice in Niagara Falls.

It was a good experience in a newly remodelled hotel. Location was lovely, rooms were non-smoking and I loved accommodating staff. All in all everything was perfect, nevertheless I had dirty bathroom. Swimming pool was nice too. Location close to - the most attractions and falls.

A fabulous stay. Friendly location, new building, we really enjoyed tidy rooms. Adjacent to the beach that was fantastic. Exceptionally good view of city. Adequate breakfast with lots of cheap foods.

Reasonably priced, beautiful location, dedicated staff. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. It has excellent pool where we chilled out when it was beautiful outside.

A really great stay overall. Everything was great, I liked my stay. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area, near the falls as well as Goat Island. Again, walking distance to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The room was exceptional with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Although the breakfast itself was delicious, it definitely should of been included in our price.

It was a such great stay. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, a work desk and a seating area were a nice touch. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this hip new accommodation from the airport.

Awesome experience there. Delicious food in the attached restaurant was the best part. The staff was quick to help with any inquires and was cooperative. The simple check-in process too. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Niagara Falls district. And I was right in the middle of everything.

Excellent overall experience. The accommodation was affordable, pool was amazing, beds were super. Lots of perfect items for continental breakfast. Our room was tasteful and had a lovely view, thoroughly enjoyed it. Had delicious drinks in the downstairs bar.

i enjoyed to be in this place. spotless hotel with a nice lobby. its location was exceptional, just next door to the falls, tourist areas, park. the warm drinks in lobby bar were very welcome.

Lovely breakfast, extremely comfy bed, GLORIOUS view of marina. The units are absolutely perfect, impeccable. Top location, 10 minutes' walk to a pedestrian-friendly bridge.

Actually everything was so perfect, you're dope! New hotel, the staff was consistently courteous, exceptional service. The location was brilliant, not very far from wooden walkways. I loved perfect room, the bed was soft. The pool was heated.

The room was flawless, great, located in the extra comfy area. Loved microwave and coffee in the room. Soft beds, really delicious breakfast. Lovely lobby. The property was recently refurbished and we had an AWESOME stay.

I had a fun stay here, indoor swimming pool was an added bonus. It was pretty clean and the staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable enough. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices.

Location and staff are wonderful, I loved it. There's heated pool and convenient parking. This fairly basic hotel is set in an extremely comfortable area.

Well-stocked room, comfy bed, simply delicious breakfast. They made my stay pleasant. Booked a room with simply stunning views. Not bad location to maid the mist. There were some average restaurants.

We had a memorable at this hotel : great location and friendly staff. There's Bella Asian Cuisine within 10 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed their menu...

One could dine at restaurants such as Rainforest Cafe 15 minutes away. The location of hotel was GREAT.

Anchor Bar was set 5 minutes walk away. Hotel was situated a few steps away from botanical gardens...

Convenient location, good for visiting Niagara Falls. Third Street Retreat was 10 mins walk away
